Is it possible to have a sinus infection with no drainage or congestion? I have pain in my sinus and my eyes for many weeks and now I have ear pain and popping in my ears. I have been taking Amoxicillian and Advil Cold and Sinus for four days and still do not feel any improvement.

Yes, you may be draining it in the back, and not feel it or it may be stuck there (pus can get caught in sinuses if left untreated, and this calls for medical help).
Most sinus infection treatments that use antibiotics require a minimum of 14 days to completely clear the infection. You better go to an ENT spacialist and let him prescribe the treatment.

I have been there and have done that. My doc told me to stay on the antibiotic for 30 days… It did take just about that long for me to feel better and for my symptoms (just like yours) to go away.
