I have been having sinus pressure and pain right under my eyes for 5 days now. I feel awful and just want relief for this at this point. My nose hasn’t been runny or anything just lots of pain and pressure. Could this be a sinus infection? I feel like at times I have a fever and just have a general sick feeling.

Yes, I had a virus recently that was just like a cold, with sore throat, blocked ears & sinus pressure but no blocked or runny nose. It was a strange experience. It could be a virus, bacterial infection or an Allergy. Virus’s are untreatable & you just have to sit it out with decongestant remedies & wait for it to pass. If it doesn’t pass within a week then you may have a bacterial infection that your doctor can treat with Antibiotics, or you may have developed an allergy to something in close vicinity that you will need to identify for prevetative treatment.

Oh yeah, I had that happen in November. Sometimes you don’t need "all" of the symptoms of something for a serious problem. The doc will go in and push on them and evaluate you accordingly. Wouldn’t hurt going in
