Is it safe for me to take Benadryl Allergy and Sinus Headache during pregnancy?

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and I keep getting bad sinus headaches and my allergies are driving me crazy! I’ve heard that Benadryl is okay for pregnant women but I don’t have the facts. Thanks!

    NO
    well benadryl should be okay but NOT tylenol sinus. i had terrible cold earlier on too and was told by the pharmacist you cant take em because they have drugs in them that can harm the baby. phone your doctor or go ask the pharmacist. they know more then people on here.
