Was wondering if this could be sinus headache? Otherwise in great health. When I wake up and most days I have headache in forehead, back of neck and feel like I need to blow nose although not much in nasal…..just like water. Thank you.

A couple of thoughts. Try nasal irrigation and if it’s a sinus headache you will stop waking up with it. In cold climates people don’t open windows and doors to ventilate so there are a,lot more airborne particles. You could be breathing these in causing the sinus congestion, sinusitis and/or sinus headache. Air out your bedroom. Also make sure there is not mold in the bathroom or your bedroom. Most sinus infections are caused by fungi not bacteria.A sinus headache would not likely involve the back of the neck. Maybe you are sleeping differently in this house and straining your neck. You could have two problems going on. Just some possibilities. Nurse Kindheart
